Fundraisers
In order to be able to sponsor educational clinics and seminars, the GVRDC needs to do some yearly fundraising.
This year we have one major fundraising project:

Cookie and Goodie Sales

"If you like cookies, you'll LOVE these cookies"
GVRDC is happy to bring you a Selling Contest to rival the well-known GS Cookie sales.
Cookie Flavors:

Chocolate Chip

Reduced Fat Chocolate Chip

Triple Chocolate Chunk

Butter Sugar

White Chocolate Macadamia

Peanut Butter

Oatmeal Raisin

Cranberry Oatmeal

Strawberry Shortcake
The Pink Cookie (Breast Cancer support)

Rainbow Chocolate Crispy Cookie (Make A Wish support)

Plus these Goodies:

Double Chocolate Chip Brownie (thaw and serve brownie pan)

Bake-Up Brownie Rounds(bakes in a muffin tin)

Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Pretzels

The cookies and goodies come pre-made,frozen and ready to bake, in boxes of 48. All cookie dough, brownies and coffee cake are Kosher Certified UD.
They cost $15 per box and make wonderful gifts. Here is a list of the GVRDC members that are selling cookies. (If you are selling and your name is not listed, please tell the webmaster to add your name.)

Here's the scoop on the Contest
The Goal is for each participant to sell at least 20 boxes of cookies.
Seller awards this year are GVRDC Bucks. Here is the breakdown.

20 boxes to 34 boxes receive 20 GVRDC Bucks

35 boxes to 49 boxes receive 30 GVRDC Bucks

50 to 64 boxes receive 40 GVRDC Bucks

and 65 boxes plus receive 50 GVRDC Bucks

GVRDC Bucks can be cashed in for xc schooling's, twilight or derby entries, GVRDC Clothing, event entries, driving show entries, or pay for annual meeting meal.
The selling awards will be given out at the annual meeting.
Selling Dates: Order by November 21, 2011 This means that the money and number of boxes of Cookies must be in Farley's hands by this date. Pick-up orders the week of December 12, 2011 at Mothersfield.
